Studio Policies
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly.
Touch-Ups
The initial touch-up should be scheduled 6–8 weeks after your first session. Touch-ups outside this window will incur an additional fee.
Payment Methods
We accept Square, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash. Financing is available via Cherry Pay.
Health & Safety
For your safety and comfort, please do not bring guests or children to your appointment. If you are unwell or have been exposed to illness, contact us to reschedule.
